7/8/09 important update: my otto sales rep is now telling me the factory will no longer produce custom light units in quantities less than 100. custom units are required to work on the 120v system here in the US. i have ordered these in smaller quantities in the past so i'm not sure what happened. my apologizes ppl, i just found out. :(:cry::cry::(

he is trying to talk to his supervisor about. i will keep everyone posted.


if you don't mind using your own voltage convertor lmk

update #2: this product is on hold until further notice. according to my rep, the factory is no longer filling small custom orders without charging for setup, materials and additional labor fees. the fees would easily double the cost of the lights. we try again when the economy picks up again. hopefully this is temporary and things will go back to normal.
 
12/18/09 GREAT NEWS.

i just heard from my otto rep. i guess things maybe a bit slow there so they are going to waive the most of the additional fees. so it looks like we are going to make another run at this. tell your friends. we need 30 total units to make a go at this.

Note: these lights are designed for the US market and will NOT need a transformer to work. just plug them in and flip the switch..NICE!!!


groupbuy prices - (prices will go up after groupbuy)
20w/30"= $55
30w/36"= $70
40w/48"= $85

terms of group buy: like the last one, all units must be prepaid before group buy will happen. tentative groupbuy end date is jan 15th.

estimated charges for UPS ground shipping for up to 2 lights is as follows: zone #1 = $14, Zone#2 = $16, Zone 3 = $18.
