OUCH !!!!!! HELP

I woke up this morning to a barb stuck in my leo. Now that MFK is back up I can make sure I am removing it correctly. The sting only looks to be 1/4-3/8" into him and about 1.5" back from his eye on his rh side. Can I just pull this out with a pair of pliers or should I cut it out ?

I will post a pic as soon as mfk will allow.

If it is only in that far I would say pull it, don't know how long it is but I doubt you want to shove it all the way through the long way.

You definitely don't want to try and shove it through that way beings it going right towards its head and spiracle.

I believe so...doesn't mean its fun getting stuck though

any breeding activity? Looks like he got stung by one of the females as opposed to accidently getting punctured.
