No biggy. It'll heal by itself in due time. Medication not really a must at all unless your water condition is real bad in there which may lead to infection.

Dam man, Melafix'n a 150 even at half dose taxes my Aro budget...
I upped the temp, did a 30% W/C w/stresscoat,
added 5 tablespoons of salt and threw a few Keptang leaves in there...
