OK I am back with the last of the Tank build/set up....
So We had to drain about 50% of the water and then found the most amazing product to fix our issue...Nope its not cheap about $20.00 a tube but It worked perfect.

once we finished putting the tank back together we ran all the tubing and got the filtration going. We are using a FX5 and a 55 gallon Sump. In the sump we have a 7inch sock 200 microns, over flowing into 20 gallons of CPR-Bio Bale, 20lbs of Crushed Coral, 2 x 300 watt Ebo jager heaters. Pumping back into the tank is a 1200 GPH Mag Drive. We are using a 57 watt UV Sterilizer and a Mag 300 to get max Kill rate. The FX5 is full of Bio Max So far this has been the best set up I have ever used. Water is always crystal Clear and we never have any issues with Ammonium, or Nitrates. 
That looks great, i would like to get rid of all my small tanks for just one that looks like that. Please put up more close up pics to admire the detail. Nice tank.
