Nice! Thanks for sharing! I’d like to do something similar out back here, concretes a good tip, I had a pond guy out and wa talking $10k for a 10’x4’x4’ ....

Pouring concrete may be a bit less expensive?

I used 5000 LBs rated concrete...it was about $5 a bag. We used about 200 bags....but some of those were not used for the pond. I would guess we used 165 bags for the pond....... helpful hint ...If you can dig down and have some of the pond below grade and keep your walls under 3' tall your pond will still have the depth you want with out losing any strength. We went 2' below grade and 3 above. We did add a 4 foot window....really adds to the enjoyment of the pond/tank.

Super helpful! $1000 in concrete sounds pretty good, I can buy it locally mixed in a trailer 1yd for $170...

I’d presume $3k-$5k materials, and plexi or glass window...

We used 3/4 inch tempered glass. The glass is sunk about 2" all the way around it in concrete....except the top which is even with the top of the pond.
