Hey I'm shamed to admit this, but I forgot to pick my cat up some cat food and I need to be at work in a half hour.
I have small Cichlid Gold pellets made by Hikari and was wondering if those are harmful to cats.
FYI: I don't have any other option except scrambled eggs, but I haven't witnessed her eat those yet when this has happened once before.

I think the scrambled eggs would be a better option than the cichlid pellets.Go as light as you can on whatever you coat the pan with.

I was thinking about tuna as I have had to fall back on that a few times for my cat but since the poster didn't mention it as an option neithet did I.

Harmful? Apparently not... my cat has gotten into my Cichlid Gold before... I can't condone intentionally feeding it to your cat though. lol

you can feed raw meet with some raw egg cat and dogs alike all love it.

Hello; I do not keep cats and perhaps am missing something. Could not the cat can last with water and without food untill you get home from work?
If not, it is allowed outside? A friend has a cat he allows out side and he reports that the cat kills the neighborhood small wildlife.

Letting a pet cat wander around outside is a dice roll as it can get itself into various dangerous situations. They can be poisoned by something that they've eaten or drank, injured in a possible fight with other animals as well as other potential pitfalls that may arise...To answer your question though, the cat probably could have done just fine if it had to wait a few extra hours until the owner came home from work to feed it.

Hello; I figured the cat could miss a meal with little other than being a bit hungry. Around me the cat owners allow them out. The cats are well fed at home but go about the business of hunting rabbits, birds and other small animals. I would be fine with this if they just killed mice and rats, but that is not the case. A neighbor hood cat climbes on my truck to the rafters of my open sided carport and wipes out the robins nesting there. I think the cats should be kept inside myself, but many of the locals allow their dogs and cats to run free. For some reason a couple of the dogs think my yard is a bathroom.

Yes,cats can pose a real threat to non nusiance wildlife such as low nesting birds, rabbits and chipmonks....neighborhood dogs defecating on my property would result in a stern conversation with the dog's owners.
