That is not true. $3,000 is the going rate for Asians. If you start at $500 that is a sure sign that something is not right. You sell at the going rate not to raise questions. The feds are out to bust the high rollers. In a sting operation you have to adapt to the situation and make it as real as possible. $500 for an Asian is not realistic and to good to be true.
