Out of room for albino catfish, help!

That's quite a ways, but could work something out for a good home for him, where people can enjoy him. I talked with a animal curator at Sarasota Jungle Gardens, he was considering him for their Koi pond but management declined. IM me when you start to get ready and hopefully we can work it out.

Good idea. Sarasota-Tampa-St.Petersburg is a huge metropolitan area. You must be able to find some public place there or a keeper with big tanks/ponds.

As for me, I see it only as a matter of a convenient transfer, if anything. I do not see it as a matter of when we open. I have plenty of fish right now in roomy ponds awaiting for their exhibits to be finished off.

If you are ready now with ponds and such, that is awesome. I've been looking around here for a little while with no luck. I will be in touch with you if your still interested. I am about equal distance from Tampa to Naples, so either way it would be a trip. I will start thinking how I'll make the trek down there, I'll defiantly be in touch though.

If time on your end permits, I may suggest to wait it out (for your sake) until a relative or a friend drives down south here and then the transfer can be convenient for all. Meanwhile, there is a little chance I will be going north but one never knows. Let's remember to let it each other know a bit in advance if any of these scenarios come to fruition.

If and when needed, I can share a few details how to keep the fish en-route safe and easy.
