Anyone ever think of getting out of the hobby? Just been on my mind lately.

Never thought about getting out, I simply scale down if I get overkilled or tired on the fish thing. You could also try to change things up to keep thing interesting....

ohh ya, DIBS on your fish!!!! PM SENT!!! Bwahahahaaaa!!!!

when my tank got real sick and wide bars started dying then i lost my tiger ray... i was about to walk away.....

I got out of it for a while and soon realized that things were no better without them. So, I started the tanks back up again. The tanks actually helped keep things on an even keel until certain "issues" resolved themselves.

I do everytime I am about to make a serious purchase, to make sure it's still worth it to me. I realized the reason the first time I considered getting out of it was only because I was upgrading so fast that I never was able to take the time to enjoy what I allready had, as soon as I did that, it became worth it once more.

I believe some people are not meant to be fishkeepers... but that can only be answered by the fishkeeper himself.. sometimes personal reasons or lack of honest interest..money etc.. but if you truly enjoy it ... it maybe just a phase your going through.. doubts or dispair give someone temporary lows.. but we bounce back..
