I'd go concrete and glass. Are there any floating plants available in your area? Floating plants can block out a lot of the light from getting to the water, and can help control algae by competing for nutrients in the water

Concrete, hmm I dont think my LFS provide that kind of stand haha. I'm not pro enough to custom made my own tank. Altho in the future I will learn it xD

Hmm I dont think I'll have any plant for my tank =S, I'll be having african tiger fish and one arowana, both of them will be fed on floating pellet. Dont think they need plant to be secure(I might be wrong, very new to fishes).

Thanks alot for your input!! :D

Just providing ideas, since you didn't mention how handy or mechanical you are or are not.

Plant idea isn't for fish to feel secure, but rather to control algae and green water.

Oh yea about the out compete nutrition, I think I'll go with UV filtration it just seems more neat that way. Thanks once again for your ideas :D
