Outdoor fish?

I am looking at setting up an outdoor pond. Kinda deep and big nd was wandering if I could stick some oscars or other types of fish. What are your recomendations?

For your summer yea, if you live at a lower elevation. You want the water to get into the 70s for cichlids.

as long as water temp doesn't drop below mid 70's. I am doing that here in florida but I will still need to heat it in the winter as the water would drop into the 50's.
