outdoor tank in socal

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Maybe use a dedicated hose to run to your tank. A chloromine filter would make life much easier as well easy to install in a garage.

you 'll be fine with water straight from the tap. just let it run for a little bit on the lawn
or something.

How far will the tank be from the sink? The benefits are the water wouldn't be too cold for WC when it's colder. You could make your own hose with clear tubing.

just carry buckets itll make u buff u can do some curls on the trip back and forth lol haha

youre right haha but my new 240 gallon tank has a canopy and since its arylic it has one of those two square tops only. so hopefully by the end of the year i can aim the bucket perfectly into the tank lmao

practice makes perfect lol haha. you should just run a hose line along the wall
and setup a R/O unit and drip system. and since it's acrylic you can drill all the
holes you need in the tank and sump. never have to do anything on the tank again
besides feed the fish in it and enjoy watching it. just my .02/

Hmm or pay someone to build a sink in the garage :S and install r/o system

if you have a faucet outside you dont use you can run a hose into the garage instead
of spending money on the sink lol you can even add a small water heater that goes
for 20-50+ when it starts getting cold so you wont have to worry about massive temp.
fluctuation. so faucet to heater to r/o to drip. or just keep it simple drill a hole in the tank
for a drain get a reducer to fit the hose then all you have to do is buy a long hose or 2.
so when u can do easy w/c. connect the hose to the tank and drain then take it off the hose
and connect it to the faucet and fill and your done lol.
