Over flow and pump question.

Definitely oversize it. Go with the 1.5". You will regret it later on if you run smaller and want to switch to a bigger turnover rate

Went to home depot today. Went for the overkill. 1.5" PVC and a 840 GPH pump. Also a bin, and a storage draw unit with three 10"x13"x7" draws (probably only use 2 to accommodate the heater.) now all I have to do is build it
