over flow help...

i hope someone can help me out
i have a 225 g tank
i want to do a sump on it
i have a 90 g i can use for sump,and 2, 9.5 mag pumps
can i use 2 CPR CS90 hang-on-the-back overflows
and would it be enough for the 225

all the help would be great

Im not an expert by any means but it really depends on stock and how much turnover you want to achieve, the mags you have would be ok but i would sell off the two cprs and the pumps and buy one hang on overflow big enough for about 2000gph and one laguna pond pump for it... hope I helped a little
