Over stocked or add ideas?

hey guys just need some opinions where next to grow with my 75g . Currently a Electric Blue Acara (he’s passive a wet pet who only tries to get my attention for food)
2 male bolivian rams and are aggressive like two brothers fighting all the time but nothing overly.

i wanted a larger community tank but did not wanna over crowd my tank any ideal cichlids tank mates? to juice up the tank a bit. Thank you

also like to add i do regular water changes every two weeks unless parameters go out of whack. weekly water testing Nitrates stay safe not zero but nitrite zero if that makes sense.

water is on the harder side but i do my best to keep it ideal.

Maybe some medium schooling fish, such as scissortails or rainbowfish would be ideal! Many rainbows come from harder water too
