I cant believe everybody is saying you are not over stocked, to many Gouramis, usally they fight, drop the Gs down to one and dont the RTS get pretty big, drop him and platies. Then IMO you woudl be good. id up filtration but that is just me. Id do like 2x Ac110s on that.

Ok the pictus are a lot more active and to mopani the rts max out at 6.5" and gourami's are less agressive in groups. And IMO 220 gallons worth of filtration is a bit much for a community tank

Your reply seems biased. Gouramis dont always fight when kept in pairs, why does he have to get rid of the platies? (Your personal preferance?)
RTS do get big and actually can be aggressive for community fish. Your gouramis will be fine although you should for tank space sake pick a pair or the sunset. Your platies are fine,
And you schooling fish are fine, except for the clown loaches you would want to beef their numbers up but i would recommend a upgrade on tank size for them in the future.or rehome or return those two now so you dont have to add to your bio load by making their school larger.
So as to the original question your not overstocked keeping good water change schedule.

Yes you will def see it a lot more. Raphaels are notorious hiders. BUT pictus can also reach 7-9" so its a definite threat in the long wrong for your tetras.
