Overflow box advice? U tube siphoning?

it should be in your mouth...

just suck all the air out untill the u tube is full of water, then pull the airline out.

Sorry.. I meant the other side of the airline that is not in my mouth. Should that be inside of the water or a little above the surface of the water that is already inside of the U-tube?

And YES... I'm definitely trying to avoid sucking in tank water.

Thanks everyone for the tips. I wasn't successful with using the airtube, I guess I need more practice? However, when I filled the u-tube with water and used saran wrap to hole the water on both sides, it worked like a charm!

tom aquarium aqualifter pump. never worry about siphon just tap in an airline at the top of the u tube.
