ok i want a 240 long tank for my piranhas. i want to put 10 Red Bellied in it. 96" x 24" x 25" LWH :):) do i want an overflow with a 65 gallon sump or not over flow with a very good and big canister filter? what is the differents? what would u recommend???:confused::confused::confused:

thank

jon

i would do both :) sump for massive bio area and a big canister for good mechanical. plus, if something happens to one system you can still rely on the other

the prob is that cuz the tank and the stuff to go in it cost so much i can only do one tho. and god megan fox is hot!!!!

she sure is! when i saw that clip, i almost cried (among other things :D).

cost isnt that bad really. get an old tank and build the sump yourself. make some PVC overflows and just buy the pump :) the only expensive part should be the canister filter.

ok nice thanks would my old 55 gallon work for a sump?

yeah that would be perfect. now you dont have to pay for an old tank. do a search in the DIY section, theres lots of DIY sump threads. in fact, look at my recent threads, i just built one out of a 55g :)
