you guys don't know what over- stocked is

7 festae 3" t0 6"
3 costa rican dovii 6",5",4"f
3 rd lab. 9" 2x6"
1 blue umbie 51/2"
1 rt mort. 4"
1 carpinte 3"
2 Jags 41/2"
1 butti 6"
1 trimac 6"
1 grammodes 7"
1 sailfin pleco 2"

in 125

I know and I can tell you you are insanely over stocked. Just a full grown male jag will need/fill that 125 at adult size. You can't honestly believe your stock list is a recipe for success long term?

Not to mention the dovii's, the umbee, the festae, haha

Festae, Dovii, Umbie and Trimacs in a 125 is way overboard. I would need a least 4 more tanks to feel comfortable keeping them. Maybe it's me I under stock I guess.

In my experience many of your fish will not grow to their full potential when kept in this manner.

The parrots that you have are they Hoplarchus psittacus or those hybrid type?

From the Vid the OP posted he has just the hybrids unless he has some true parrots in there not mentioned or shown.

Then I would start by getting rid of the hybrid parrots.

no i dont have the true parrots. I dont want those.
I have the hybrid parrots?

Why do you guys say get rid of them? Oh dont tell me just because they arent pure.
If so I dont wanna hear it. I like every fish in the tank.

But looks like the table had turned. The male breidohri ha paired up wit his female and now backing up the bully escondido.

So folks! Should I take out a couple or add a couple? I really want all of them in there but Im afraid they wont reach full size.

Well you're going to have to start somewhere, the hybrids would be a good start. Next you'll need to move the pair, especially if they start to spawn.

Or if you really like the fish you have upgrade to a larger tank.

Simply, you cannot have it all. Can't have all of those fish in that space and expect any of them to reach full size and not have any casualties. I'd start by moving the pair to a different tank. Also, the suggestion from lanthony that you don't have anything too aggressive, I want to know what too aggressive is? I think a majority of people would say RD's get pretty darn aggressive. Same with your escondido and argentea down the road.
