OMG!! I'm guessing your the kinda person who buys a 250 gallon tank and stocks it with one neon tetra!!!+:screwy:

Of Course he does so that since "fish grow to the size of their tank" he'll have a 24" Neon Tetra in a Year!

On-Topic: To me it's not Overstocked My 75gal has 14" Lap, 13" Endli 12" Sen, and a 8" Del +Ctenopoma, Syno Featherfin and an ABK Overstocked? Yes, but with a Mag-250 and AC30/50 w/60% WC every week my Nitrates read 0-10ppm with no NH4....My point is you can overstock without "overstocking" Look at King-El and Fish N Cash or even Hao

I am sure the 2 sides of this will come out. I would say you would have room for a few more upper jaws. Within reason and your ability to manage the conditions of course.

Darth raised some good points.

one thing i always like to think about when measuring whether its overstocked or not is how much room the fish have for themselves. If the parameters are fine, thats great, but i wouldn't want to live in a room crammed with too many people, even if someone came in and cleaned it up.

Id say its fine but I like to keep it right close to overstock but never cross the line. I would NOT add any other fish though.
