I have to agree with you guys about the jdm. they go to the extreme side of things when it comes to creatures, where they figure they can monopolise on the open market. It's all about making money to them.

As far as the "no mfk", I figure taking into account the jdm carries things to the extreme side of things, they're probably voicing their oppinion to our ethics and values as fish keepers. Some probably feel that we are MFK'rs that are too humane in that we do not overstock our tanks.

The jdm does not look at them so much as pets, but as a source of food. Thereby do to the size of the population of people, they depend on their tank overstocked with fish, to provide for a large customer consumption.

IMO if the owner of this tank is keeping these Peacock Bass as pets, he really needs to sort out his priorities as to how to keep fish in a more humane way. He is an MFK Activist on our ethics and values we have as humane keepers of Monster fish and tanks. This isn't right.

I can only shake on my head, have no words for it

On the bright side, when his filter stops for a minute, he already has a uni-casket to simplify burial.
