ummmmmm.sorry females need 55 gallons for minimum,and males need 75 but more space the better.and i kno that a 75 is minimum for a female dovii by herself.Why would one female need a 125 when it came turn around in 1 75 seeing they only get 15 inches and the tank is 48 inches long.

why do i even try, it;s the kind of people like you on the internet that just piss me off, the kind of people who are blatently wrong, but won't accept it. you are wrong, and just to stoborn to accept it, or just kinda dumb, choose you pick. anyways i tried, so people just can't be helped.

anyways rd or dovii have best personality.A rd has better stand out colors then a dovii.and either way a rd or dovii will never bore u.They will when used to u greet and follow u at the glass

Edit: I would consider Midas the most personable fish behind oscars, but you didn't place oscars into the category.

I have a feeling I am a little older than you considering I use correct grammar, and haven't used "u" for a few years now.

The reason most "red devils" are personable is because of the hybridization with the Midas cichlid. The red devils in lfs's these days are hybrids, very unlikely to be pure.
