. I would like to own a stingray in the near future. Does anyone live in WA state and have stingrays? I'm researching legalities regarding stingrays, and seems like the stingray that I want, Potamotrygon wallacei, is listed under CITES II. Any insight from people would be appreciated, even if you don't live in WA!
