10 gal was only for one night. I moved him over to a 60 gal with my azuls this morning.

GTF come from the Congo river, it has a flow of 1.25 million gallons per second, and is the deepest river in the world. I doubt that your air pump could bend a scale on even a GTF youngster, in something as small as a 10 gal.
 
I realize that we all start somewhere but a gatf is the wrong place to start. That fish will need a minimum of 1000 gallons as an adult. Your azuls(i assume p-bass) will need atleast 200 depending on how many you have.

Also, I could swear I've seen that picture before but they all look the same anyways.
 
Your air pump will be fine. It isn't about oxygen, but more about surface agitation. Yes, the airpump rated for 100G will move more water int he process, but the fish should be fine.
