Don't worry about it until you see some serious physical damage or you start noticing the guys are stressing out. normal cichla behavior

umm looks like I need advice now. My Orino is kickin everyone's boooooooty! UGH! About to separate him and tempted to sell him because there's visible damage on my azuls and kelberi.... Seems like he's targeting the runts and it's making me very uneasy. Would dithers work even with so many fish (16 other pbass) in the tank?
