I know i have a male, im wondering about this second one, im down to two. Tell me what you think.

The second picture was supposed to be the first picture, he doesnt look like it in the pic because im changing water, but he has dominated the tank, and is normally front and center, chasing everyone around, im afraid if the other fred isnt female, he may kill it

In most Parachromis species a spotless lower jaw and gill plate area means female, and in the last photo, the head profile also looks female to me.
The only photo example i have is the close cousin motaguense.
First male, note the spots and steep profile.

now a female, naked jaw, naked gill plate

pair, together note the profile, high body of the male

Just because a cichlid is aggressive, doesn't mean it is male.
I've had females kill less dominant males, until they come across one macho enough.
An example, I had a female Tomocichla tuba kill 3 males, and finally settle on the 4th when put in a friends tank..
Same with Vieja donates, my female would spawn with a male, and kill him, happened at least 3 times.
Below the tuba with wrigglers.
