Good lucking fish! Does he have a female?

Thanks, no, but I've have thought about getting one. I would have to devote the 150g to both and get rid of the other cichlids. I have been going back and forth on what I want to do with this tank. Right now he is with all females-a nic, syn, robertsoni, HRP and rostratus. They all get a long fine.

I hear they are easy to breed, was there a lot of aggression and did you have to separate them ever?

What's the growth rate per month on average?

Its hard to say. I haven't kept track. All I know is that he has grown very fast and maybe as fast as an Oscar.
