this looks like one of those strange looking ones from Guinea, with characteristics of both endlicheri and Guinea lapradei. Similar to what the japanese calls 'Guinea LapEn'. It could be a natural hybrid, or it could be a strange variant. That's the best I can say. very nice looking!
