Just wondering doesn't the Semaprochilodus bother your rays?

They are bothering the rays, when too many of them are in a tank.
It seems to me, like if they have enough algea food, they are not interested in sucking on the little rays

3 Semaprochilodus in this tanks works pretty well, 12 have been too many.......
