That's a female Crenicichla alta. I had one before. She should reach 8", max. Like PP said, Saxatilis pikes are pretty small compared to Lugubris ones.
i still say frenata due to the fact that mature altas and mature svenis have an ocelli on the tail where this fish does not. also the black lateral line stops and goes again. it dosnt just stop like the alta.
