Hey, well I cant really recommend anything because I have no experience with triggers. Well I can suggest placing the trigger in a hospital tank, but their will be many debates on this. My puffer had ick and went into the the hospital tank and few days later he developed cloudy eye....just my luck.

I dont hospital tank any of my fish.

1. they are almost all to big lol
2. more stress and can further damage their health.
3. almost never make it.

Keep it in the tank and lots of water changes.

No, it is not normal for triggers to go on hunger strikes. I see you have anemeones. Is it possible he was stung by one? How long have you had him?

Hey, TheCanuck do you think my chances of healing my puffer is best to place him in the main tank with large water changes? I'm asking for opinions because he is currently eatting fine, and being meticated with "Quick Cure." His ick seems to be getting off his fins, but the cloudy eye developed....do you think I can do large water changes every day for the puffer in the hospital tank? Thanks, by the way my snowflake eel has been coming out more often instead of staing under the rocks....lol

Yea dude. Ick will be in your tank whether you like it or not. Keeping your amon and nitrite to 0 is a must no matter what. Keeping nitrates below 20 is a must as well. With keeping this in check your problems should disappear

hes eating now i just fed him with lights off and he started eating again i think it was because my gsp was geting to the food first and he just dont like dealing with that guuy when it comes to food so now they get thier own peice of shrimp and no problems any more he eats like he used to he was just being a baby lol thank you for your replys. o and about the anems he actualy spits food to them lol guss he think hes a clown he stays out of them tho.
