i gotta say, i'm very disappointed in Mosely

i've never seen him scared to fight anybody. he's been known to fight defensively after he's been hurt, but wow, this was something else. i don't think he ever thought he could win this fight.

i mean, he's older, slower and his reflexes aren't there anymore but man, for 5 mil and all that talk he did, knowing all the fans that were there, all the fans at home,.......... dude, it's ok to lose, but what matters is how you lose. if he put up a great fight and still got ko'd, it'd be fine with everyone, but to run like that,............ that was just sad, i felt bad for him but he did it to himself. it's not what he would want to be remembered being his possible last fight, for sure his last big fight.

looks like arum has officially offered a 3rd juan manuel marquez fight after fall some time. i think pac will retire after that if mayweather continues to duck because there really is no one left to fight at around 147

i think it will be painfully obvious in the early rounds that manny's too young, too strong, too crafty and too fast and i think shane's face will show it as the fight goes on

i pretty much nailed it, and i would've been correct about shane being stopped for the first time but you can't knock someone out if they don't wanna fight

I think the world knew that would happen (see betting lines for this fight). All kidding aside (and that's what I was doing right there, so don't get offended), but you're only supposed to quote yourself for something unique, against the grain, and totally correct. my whole post was right, and yea, it's obvious but i wanted to quote mainly what i said about how it will be "painfully obvious" which is what was on spot really, and i actually didn't think it would reallly be this "painfully obvious" than it actually was, that was really what stuck out for me

and i disagree, i think a lot of people didnt' think he'd necessarily get beat up early, most of people i know and what i read, the majority felt it would be a late stoppage

i think one of the problem with boxing is the purse. i think they should split it base on outcome. mosley just hung out for a paycheck. imagine if the purse was 80-20 for the winner instead of both people get paid just for showing up

i doubt mosely or clottey would've done anything different

and no way in hell mayweather will take this fight without guarantee 50% at least, i read he demanded 100 mil but not sure if true or if he was serious if he did demand that

but i would see that may work for guys that are both unknown and need hungry to make a name for themselves

Last weekend's event had 55,000 tickets sell out to the arena. That's a BUNCH. This weekend's boxing match sold out 16,000.

yea during the fight, they said it sold out in 3 hours, i didn't know it was that quick

i think they would've sold out 2-3 times that many seats easy

they already cashed in by showing up, why risk getting ko'd? i don't know man, i'm thinking if i'm in their position, 5 mil or whatever, i'd go out guns blazin, i'd take a beating for that

i'd freaking fight pac right now for 50,000. it won't last long, but shoot, i'll give him whatever the hell i can for as long as i can
