no, that's all that's left of the crayfish . Amazing to see the pacu crunch through a shell. It started at the tail and it didn't take long.

Compared to some of the nuts they eat in the wild, a crawfish shell should be nothing I'm talking about nuts from trees, not the kind from male humans lol
 
Pacu's are just the most amazing fish when it comes to eating. Anything and everything in huge quantities. Live fish, pellets, vegetables, crayfish, worms, wafers, seeds, nuts ........

I was hoping to throw a pacu in my 300 to see if it would eat my ex gf, but after your advisory I will have to reconsider.

I was under the impression that pacu were highly herbivorous, what's this guys diet look like?
