the pacu was 2'', bullying a 7'' redhook and 2 5-6'' silver dollars. I may have over aggrated on size, but I will deff ask my neighbor if I can take a snap shot... I want to share his 24'' rtc and 24'' tsn as well in a 220. Hopefully he'll say yes, he's little on the shy side......
pacu wouldn't eat them, but as was said, will most likely harass them, but not assuredly. However, a pacu will eventually need something bigger than a 2' wide or tall tank.
I just moved 2 pacu out of a 210. I have had the pacu since April of last year (16 months) They were hitting the inside of the glass so hard I was afraid they would break it. One did break the 3/8" glass lid. The sides of the tank are only 4/8" not much thicker. They are now 19" long and needed a new home. They are in a swimming pool in my back yard while I set them up a 450 in the house. Pacu in a 210 is a VERY short term arrangement.
