I have two large ones and they get along great. A previous setup I had I bought a smaller Pacu for it's color and the store gave me the bigger one because they didn't want to deal with it. The funny thing about it was, after a couple days they switched colors with each other. The bigger one turned out to be the neater one of the two. The smaller one turned into a prick with the other fish, so he got the boot.
 
Mr Pleco, what kind of fish is that in your avitar? I've never seen one of those before, looks pretty cool.

That's a cool fish, I'll have to do some reading on them. I'm trying to find some time to get some new pics. The ones I have are a little outdated. Still learning this site, very busy site, not enough time!
 
WOW thats soo awesome John! Cool looking Blacks Pacus...but do all blacks have that barbel looking thing on the tips of the bottom jaws...? looks like though barbels from a arowana...lol is it?
