As for the aggression... it may be two males battling? But as everyone else stated... your tank is far far far too small for a full grown gt, 2 pacos and an oscar. Your going to have more problems than just some minor battles.

The best situation for you is just take pacus back to the store, setting the hiding places for GT and Oscar. A 150 gal can house an oscar or two.
