Pacu question

Wow, they both need that new tank, and now.

A 220 won't be large enough for long term housing. It will last you just about 1 year.

Take lots of pictures of that little guy now, and do so once a month for a year, you won't believe the series you get. Your little guy will be close to 18" long in one years time.

The real problem with housing them is that they are HUGE powerful swimmers prone to going bonkers at random. They need the room in the tank to go bonkers with out slamming in to to many items.

hate to say this but .... you're gonna need a bigger tank. Pacu get HUGE (just google them), grow absurdly quickly, and they're known tank-busters. They are fun though.
