Any details on how your caring for these guys? (tank information)

Awesome video and paddlefish!

Cold and clean water is the most important thing. Paddle fish needs very big tank as they grow. Since they have a really long nose, they need large and empty swimming space. When the paddle fish and sturgeons were young, I fed them live blood worms. They loved it. I later trained them on frozen brine shrimp.
As the paddle fish grew bigger, they were harder to keep in the aquarium. They would do much better in pond.

I tried not to feed them much, so they didn't grow that fast.
I trained them eating frozen brine shrimp, live or frozen blood worms, dried shrimp and frozen shrimp.
After one year, they were about five inches longer.

I want some north american paddlefish and shovel nose sturgeon sooooooooo bad, but they are both protected species here, so very slim chances.........maybe go asian paddlefish and sterlets instead. By the way, what kind of sturgeon are the ones in the video?

My bf just got me a baby sturgeon.... The guy who sold it to him said that they would be fine with my geos and syno even tho they are tropical fish. Trying to find info on keeping them in the home aquarium but not much luck. Any advice?
