I dont think theyd live in a small pond in Florida. They are a cold water fish.

5 years ago i purchased 12 of these from this farm in KY. All of them died within a few days. These are trained on trout pellets but when they get older they will need to filter feed on zoo plankton to live. How they provide the zoo plankton, is this happens to be be a catfish farm. The catfish waste provides the food for the zoo plankton. Unless you have this kind of set up why end up killing a fish? my 2 cents--
