Paddle Fish - Spoonbill Catfish

This isnt the time of year for them. Give it another four or five months. There is a hatchery about an hour from my house where I can get hundreds of them for less then $10 ea, really less then $5 depending on quantity. I spoke with the head guy at the hatchery and just transporting these fish is a task and he advises them to be kept in large outdoor ponds only.
 
o damn, that video is awesome!!! they look so odd from top lol. and can't view the pix, cuz i'm not a member of that forum.
 
i had one for a few months before it got suck up into my powerhead. they were pretty easy to keep. At first i fed them frozen daphnia just to see them open there mouth but then got them on guppys. i found them to be more active at night. good luck finding them
