You're going to need a lot more than 100 gallons if you plan on keeping it alive. I'd start them in an 8' round pool, and grow from there.
 
Bigfishfarm knows what he is doing. I have 6 paddlefish I've had for 5 months now, they are not easy to keep but not really difficult. I keep lots of scavenger fish with mine as they are dirty feeders but they are doing well. My largest fish is about 9" the smallest is about 5"

And how old a you paddlefish
I think from this year are yours

My are 3 years old and 1 m ore 3.28 feet and[SIZE=-1] growing[/SIZE] fast you can see this at ther paddle
When they are growing the paddle is white at the [SIZE=-1]growth.
