You've clearly never seen a perfect specimen before then, my is the exact same. Look at a barred midas lol.

I have owned many midas both barred and the orange variety and this particular specimen is far from perfect and appears to have slight case of bulging eyes which is caused by poor water parameters. Its a good looking fish and i'm not trying to insult the owner in any way just pointing out what i'm seeing. I suggest increasing both the volume and number of waterchanges you do weekly and add salt to cure this. Goodluck

Here's a pic of how the eyes should look if healthy. You can see the eyes aren't popped out slightly like the one posted in this thread.
