painting plastic trim on tank

I actually just finished painting the trim on my new tank a few minutes ago. I taped it off and used some newspaper to prevent any over spray. I used a can of satin black krylon fusion and it looks really good so far. I sanded it down first because the trim was pretty beat and I wanted it to be smooth but it's not necessary.

Thanks for the link I have a oak colored tank on a black stand I'm going to paint it now. I was unsure if I wanted to paint it till I read about this paint

Yea you should have no problem, make sure you get the right kind though so it wont ever chip!

fusion is the bomb. ive painted almost all of my filter intake pipes with it. ive also painted 2 tank trims black. you wont have an issue.
