pair of convicts super picky about foods!

only give them the food you want them to eat and they will eventually accept it. I had this exact same problem with my Jack Dempsey.. must be a central american thing 
I went for a little over 3 weeks before. What I did was bump the temperature in the tank to 86 and waited 3 days. Then I took some live bloodworms and fed them that as they wouldn't go for the frozen. I stuffed them on the bloodworms for 3 or 4 days and then stopped feeding for 2 or 3 again. By then they were starving and ate whatever I wanted to feed them. After they were eating good I dropped the tank temp back to normal. LIVE BLOODWORMS!
All my fish that were picky about food, I starved them until they accepted it. If they are not eating anything then it good be other problems.
