An RTC would be ok for a bit but eventually he will outgrow the ray and probably eat him lol. They will eat whatever fits in there mouth and that's a lot

Plenty of nice attractive smaller catfish species that cohabit well with stingrays and won't attempt to eat them
RTC are best kept in a species only tank, or with other catfish at least their own soze

Geos maybe good if they are BIG. I had 6 from small grew them up to around 4", just found the last one yesterday with its head chewed off. I have bought 4 small to replace and start again, these ones are only around 1.5". I put one in my pup tank, pups around 5" disc. Sat and watch one pup completely smother a Geo and attempted to eat it. Needless to say the Geos are in their own tank now!!
