Pallet hood

Has anyone built a hood for their tank out of wooden pallets? The company I work for often throw out wooden pallets and it would be a good way to reuse them and save a bit of money too.

Not a canopy, but I've built a dock for my pond from wood pellet pallets

Tore apart a pallet to use to build a stand for a 29 gallon. To be honest it was a real quality pallet, not some junk pine one.

Entire framing for this was pallets, had a huge generator dropped off to job site and I grabbed both pallets before anyone else could haha

Seriously, the only concern would be chemical treatment.....and spiders.
