I would certainly say that the omega one is a HQP. I have a lot of different fish and feed a lot of different things ranging from cheap pond pellets to ridiculously expensive SW food products and I'd have to say that the Omega one is one of the best things I've tried. I'd use it as a staple for all my fish but I'm not about to guess at what that would cost just for my pacu and adult oscars. lol
