I did some research on them after seeing this post and see they are quite expensive. Not a fish I plan to have but would like to if I can afford them after stocking all my other tanks.

If you ever do get them I would recommend a spieces only tank, heavy filtration and aearation.

I only looked up basic care for them but are they not compatible with other loaches like Kuhlis?

Kuhili loaches prefer slower moving water where the pandas prefer faster, cooler, highly oxygenated water. So if you want each spieces to thrive I would keep them separate.

I just got four of these and would love to try to breed them as well! My lfs guy bought them for about $7 wholesale, and sold them to me for $9 because he's nice!
