Pangasius fillet

i have not tried feeding them to my fish, but i bought some for myself. i did not like it. too much fat. i am sticking with tilapia for my low fat diet

Catfish flesh tends to have higher concentrations of oil than in other fish you would commonly feed, so hence the oil film on the water surface. I tend to rotate between tilapia, lake smelt and catfish. You can usually find one of the three on sale.

More options to choose from then. Over the ready made tilapia fillets cost more than pangasius. Easiest way would be fishing for them in a nearby river lol
