Thought so.. i saw that in person it is awesome.. but i dont have monster tank like you.. so i stay away my hands on that monster hehe! pretty amazing..
at first was not really thinking to make big tank. but the fishes in my 800gallons are already full. that's why need to upgrade.

Looks like a Gigas to me. I'm extremely jealous I must say, I'd kill to have 1-2 of them. Here is a pic of a paroon at similar size to show that it is not pangasius santiwogesi. Best way to tell is look at the placement of the eye on the gigas its towards to the bottom of the fish whereas most pangasius have their eyes pretty much mid way between top and bottom. Also look at the shape and location of the pelvic fins, the gigas is more towards the anal fin where the paroon is closer to the pectoral fins and also the gigas is more of a nub. The paroon has a clear contrast between black and silver/white and is more elongated.

anyone here have mekong catfish????

Anyone in the states that has them won't be posting most likely...it's highly endangered and VERY illegal to posses in the US. Also that is just a random Paroon pic I found on the web, not mine just to clarify.

I don't think you have a gigas. Eyes are too high up and the fins are too dark. The eyes need to be BELOW the corner of the mouth.
